Celebrate Canada Day with a distinctive cultural experience at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum (Ingenium). This special presentation celebrates Canada’s contributions to film, science, and discovery. Guests are invited to enjoy a curated program of NFB short films exploring the theme “Canada in Space,” presented at the Mauril Bélanger Theatre. All screenings will be offered in both official languages. Featured works include:

🚀 NFB Space School: Astrogeology
Scott Simpson, 2014 : Featuring Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen, part of the Artemis II mission to the Moon, this series explores the science of planetary geology and astronaut training.

🌌 North Star
Patrick Bossé, 2023 : A portrait of Laurie Rousseau-Nepton, resident astronomer at the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope, whose work contributes to our understanding of the universe.
