 hair in Mobile Media Studies and is an active member of the Board of RECAA
 : Respecting Elders Communities Against Abuse.\n\nPatrik Marier (panelist)
 \nPatrik Marier is Professor of Political Science at Concordia University 
 and the Scientific Director of the Center for Research and Expertise in So
 cial Gerontology (CREGÉS) of the West-Central Montreal CIUSSS. His latest
  book\, The Four Lenses of Population Aging: Planning for the Future in Ca
 nada’s Provinces (University of Toronto Press)\, explores the multiple c
 hallenges of planning for an aging population.\n\nLaurel Young (panelist)\
 nLaurel Young is the Graduate Music Therapy Programs Coordinator and an As
 sociate Professor at Concordia University.  She is also the Associate Dir
 ector of engAGE: Concordia’s Centre for Research on Aging. She has over 
 29 years of diverse clinical\, research\, and advocacy experience\, with a
  focus on aging\, dementia\, and end-of-life care. She’s authored multip
 le publications and presented in local\, national and international forums
 .\n\nSandra Smele (panelist)\nSandra Smele is a sociologist who works at t
 he Centre for Research and Expertise in Social Gerontology (CREGES) as Coo
 rdinator of Inclusive Aging\, Diversity\, Health and Well-Being. She has c
 ontributed to several research projects on long term residential care\, an
