 fronts the challenge with imagination and creative flair\, crafting a big-
 hearted documentary essay on parenting\, patriarchy—and the pain and ple
 asure of guiding boys through the turbulent cultural waters of the early 2

 n\n\nHasan Hai is a father of three and Vice President of Canadian Operati
 ons at Carnegie Learning Canada\, a K-12 education technology company head
 quartered in St. John's\, Newfoundland &amp\; Labrador. Beyond his profess
 ional work in education tech\, he is a dynamic force for community buildin
 g\, in particular through two organizations he founded: Project Kindness\,
  which unites people of diverse backgrounds in community service\, and the
  Newfoundland and Labrador Beard and Moustache Club\, whose MerB'ys calend
 ar raised over $500\,000 for local charities. Hai has earned widespread re
 cognition for his creative approach to community leadership\, whether he's
  fostering connections between diverse groups or raising funds for importa
 nt causes – all in service of building a more inclusive and engaged comm
