 how a Cree community in Manitoba has been enriched through the power of ed
 ucation. The Helen Betty Osborne Ininiw Education Resource Centre in Norwa
 y House\, north of Winnipeg\, receives a level of funding that few other I
 ndigenous institutions enjoy. Its teachers help their students to develop 
 their abilities and their sense of pride.\n\nThis special event is a pres
 entation by the Right Honourable Paul Martin on the Martin Family Initiati
 ve\, a charitable foundation whose mission is funding elementary and high 
 school education for Indigenous youth. After his presentation from 12:30 t
 o 1:30\, following a 30-minute break\, starting at 2:00 pm\, the acclaimed
  filmmaker\, Alanis Obomsawin presents her film\, Our People Will Be Heale
 d\, with Q&amp\;A.\n\nThis event is part of the AABIZIINGWASHI (Wide Awake
